CONSEILLER.E REFERENT.E H/F
Dans le cadre d’un marché exécuté pour France Travail ayant pour objectif d’accélérer le retour à l’emploi durable des bénéficiaires, le/la Conseiller.e référent.e accompagne un portefeuille de bénéficiaires tout au long de la prestation en leur fournissant un soutien personnalisé et en coordonnant les différentes phases de la prestation.
ACCOMPAGNEMENT DES BENEFICIAIRES
Accueillir les bénéficiaires en entretien individuel et réaliser un diagnostic approfondi de la situation professionnelle et personnelle
Identifier les compétences, aspirations, besoins et attentes des bénéficiaires
Evaluer le niveau de maîtrise des techniques de recherche d’emploi et le degré de maturité digitale
Co-construire avec chaque bénéficiaire un parcours personnalisé visant le retour à l’emploi durable et rapide
Définir les étapes clés, les objectifs intermédiaires et les ressources et moyens à mobiliser
Assurer un suivi régulier et personnalisé tout au long de la prestation
Ajuster les actions préconisées en fonction de l’évolution de la situation du bénéficiaire
Réaliser les bilans intermédiaires et final en rendant compte précisément de l’évolution de la situation du bénéficiaire
Offrir un suivi personnalisé aux bénéficiaires pour les aider à surmonter les obstacles qu’ils sont susceptibles de rencontrer
Recueillir le retour des bénéficiaires sur les contacts entreprises, les actions proposées,….
COORDINATION DU COLLECTIF EMPLOI
Collaborer avec les différents intervenants de la prestation
Animer des réunions de coordination pour partager les bonnes pratiques, identifier des solutions,…
SUIVI ET REPORTING
Saisir en temps réel les informations relatives à la situation du bénéficiaire dans le logiciel métier
Suivre les réalisations des bénéficiaires (participation aux ateliers, rencontres avec les entreprises, candidatures réalisées,…)
Suivre les résultats des placements et analyser les données pour évaluer l’efficacité des stratégies mises en place
Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires sur les activités de placement et les résultats obtenus
Proposer des améliorations continues basées sur les retours des bénéficiaires et du Collectif Emploi
Vous disposez d’une expérience significative (au moins 2 ans) dans l’accompagnement, le conseil en emploi ou poste similaire.
Vous maitrisez les techniques d’entretien pour évaluer les compétences, les besoins et attentes des bénéficiaires ainsi que les techniques de recherche d’emploi, rédaction de CV, préparation aux entretiens de recrutement, stratégie de réseautage pour leur permettre un retour à l’emploi accéléré.
Vous êtes rigoureux dans la construction et le suivi des plans d’actions personnalisés des bénéficiaires en fixant des objectifs clairs et réalisables.
Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance du marché de l’emploi, et suivez les tendances de l’environnement du service public de l’emploi pour proposer des plans d’action aux bénéficiaires.
Votre excellente communication orale et écrite vous permettra de présenter l’offre de service de manière claire et convaincante. Aussi, vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux et le pack MS.
Enfin, vos compétences en analyse et reporting vous serviront pour préparer des rapports détaillés sur les activités et les résultats obtenus.
