RPO・MSPサービスなど、人事アウトソーシングサービスのソリューション営業(新規獲得)をご担当頂きます。

まだ同ブランドのサービスを利用されていない顧客へのアプローチや提案を通して、顧客の採用課題の解決をサポートします。

入社後は、主に外資系クライアントの営業担当としてアサイン頂く予定です。

■業務内容とミッション
RPO・MSPサービスなど、人事アウトソーシングサービスのソリューション営業(新規獲得)をご担当頂きます。
まだ同ブランドのサービスを利用されていない顧客へのアプローチや提案を通して、顧客の採用課題の解決をサポートします。
入社後は、主に外資系クライアントの営業担当としてアサイン頂く予定です。

■顧客について
顧客は業界でもTop10に入るクライアントがメインとなっており各案件のスケールも大きく、採用戦略など上流からクライアントに入り込んだご提案ができることが特徴となっております。
業界は、製造(自動車、半導体)、IT、金融、製薬業界がメインとなり幅広い業界・業種の採用に携わることが可能です。

■具体的な業務内容
・顧客データを活用し、salesforceやLinkedInなどのツールを使って顧客に効果的にアプローチする。
・他事業部の営業チームとの連携により、エコシステム推進の視点での営業活動。(営業同行など)
・グローバルチームとの連携による営業活動。
・入札案件や提案書の作成。
・クライアントへの提案、折衝(複数回の折衝を経て、入札となるケースもあります)。

■RPO・MSPとは？
RPO（Recruitment Process Outsourcing）とは、RPOとは、正社員や契約社員の採用業務の一部または全部を外部の人事パートナーへ委託することです。
HR専門チームである私たちは、特に採用の分野におけるすべての人事業務をお受けいたします。期間限定のプロジェクトベースの採用から通年での採用など、お客様のニーズにそったサービス提供をいたします。

MSP：(Managed Service Provisioning)とは、MSPとは、外部人材の採用・管理全般を意味します。
外部人材は、派遣社員、請負社員、プロジェクトスタッフやコンサルタントなどその他契約形態を含みますがMSPは、そのような人材の採用、配置、契約管理を束ねています。

【必須（MUST）】

・営業経験3年以上(顧客の課題解決に貢献されたご経験をお持ちの方)
・日本語及びビジネスレベルの英語力
