Die Aufgaben- Sie arbeiten 360Grad und akquirieren Ihre Vermittlungsaufträge bei potenziellen sowie bestehenden Kunden und sind von der Angebotserstellung über die Preisverhandlung bis zum Vertragsabschluss eigenverantwortlich tätig
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner beraten Sie Ihre Kunden individuell bei der Besetzung der offenen Vakanzen und bringen Kandidaten und Unternehmen erfolgreich zusammen
- Als erfolgreicher Beziehungsmanager entwickeln und nutzen Sie persönliche und virtuelle Kontakte und knüpfen mit diesem ein erfolgreiches Kunden- sowie Kandidatennetzwerk
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft/Sales oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Finance/Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im in der Personalbeschaffung als Consultant für die Bereiche Banking oder Finance & Accounting
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Kundenakquise, im Recruiting und am Umgang mit neuen und bestehenden Kunden und deren Beratung
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch und Deutsch aus
- Eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
- Ein hohes Level an Selbstmotivation und Engagement sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sich selber Ziele zu stecken und diese unter Druck zu erreichen sind eine Ihrer Stärken
