Inside Sales & Project Manager 80%-100% (w/m/d)

About the role

Do you have a detailed working method, can you independently create personalized offers tailored to customers and are you fluent in French? If so, our Sales and Bid Management team would be delighted to welcome you as an Inside Sales & Project Manager F-CH in Zurich Binz or Lausanne.

Your responsibilities
  • You will respond to national and international requests and create offers and offer presentations tailored to the client's needs
  • You will be responsible for the successful completion of bids, from the kick-off call to the final offer
  • You will work closely with the relevant internal departments, sharing responsibility for pricing and costing in order to deliver competitive offers
  • You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients and ensure that all necessary and required aspects are included in the bids
  • You will be responsible for the on-time completion of key milestones in complex customer projects
  • You will create customized sales presentations and sales documents
Your qualifications
  • You have a university degree or a diploma at HES level in business, marketing and communications, graphic design or a similar field
  • You already have experience in sales, bid management, project management or purchasing management
  • You are able to analyze customer needs and incorporate them into bids and internal discussions
  • You are creative and comfortable with numbers
  • You are precise, independent and detail oriented
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English and/or German
