Zu deinen Aufgaben im Bereich Inside Sales & Business Development zählen unter anderem:
Inside Sales
- Aufbau des Inside Sales
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung Omnichannel Model
- Selbständiges Bewirtschaften des Leadmanagements schweizweit
- Leadmanagement tracking und Zusammenarbeit mit Operations
- Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung von Marktbearbeitungsstrategien und Massnahmen
- Aktive Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten zur Leadgenerierung
Business Development
- Aktive Pre-Sales Unterstützung des Nationalen Sales Team und dem Bid Management
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für verschiedenste Kundenanfragen
- Fristgerechtes Bearbeiten und Verteilen von Kundenanfragen inklusive Follow-up
- Unterstützung bei Internationalen und Nationalen Vertragsverhandlungen als Sales Vertretung
- Unterstützung bei Research und Marktanalysen

Du besitzt eine exakte und präzise Arbeitsweis sowie unternehmerische Denkweise - Du hast eine abgeschlossene KV/Berufsausbildung in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Sales und/oder Marketing
