Over de positie:
Als partner van je business ondersteun je bij het vastleggen van afspraken en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van de grootste HR-speler wereldwijd. Werken bij The Adecco Group betekent werken in een dynamische sector waar de lijnen kort zijn en je met veel (middel)grote en vaak internationale klanten te maken krijgt. Een mooie, verantwoordelijke rol waarin je vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Zaltbommel (of deels thuis) alle verschillende merken in het land vooruithelpt met jouw juridische expertise.
Wat ga je doen- Hoofdzakelijk adviseren van de interne organisatie van de verschillende merken van AGN (vooral HR Business Partners) over arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties m.b.t. interne medewerkers (o.a. adviseren over aanwerving en ontslag, reorganisaties, opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere personeelsdocumenten) en;
- Bijhouden van bestaande en nieuwe wetgeving binnen het arbeidsrecht en de uitzend-/payrollsector en het daarover strategisch adviseren van de interne organisatie en directie;
- Uitvoering geven aan het internationale (interne) beleid van de groep op het gebied van juridische zaken;
- Geschillenbehandeling ten aanzien van arbeidsrechtelijke of sociaal zekerheidsrechtelijke kwesties en, indien nodig, schakelen met externe adviseurs zoals advocaten en verzekeringstussenpersoon (dossieropbouw, opvolging en sturing);
- Overdragen van juridische kennis op het gebied van het arbeidsrecht en de uitzend-/payrollsector bij overige medewerkers van de organisatie door het geven van trainingen en het mee ontwikkelen/beheren van beleid;
- In mindere mate adviseren over (complexe) vraagstukken met betrekking tot uitzendkrachten en payrollkrachten.
Waar ga je werken?

Je kent ongetwijfeld uitzendbureau Adecco, maar ook executive search (Badenoch + Clark), engineering & life sciences (Akkodis), leiderschapsontwikkeling (Lee Hecht Harrison), HR strategisch advisering en ‘master service provider’ (Pontoon) en payroll (Adecco Payroll) behoren tot de activiteiten van de groep.
Je komt terecht in het Nederlandse team Legal. Je werkt autonoom en je rapporteert periodiek aan de Head of Legal Benelux.
Over jou- Opleidingsniveau: afgeronde universitaire opleiding Rechten;
- Je hebt gedegen kennis van het arbeidsrecht; en basiskennis van het sociale zekerheidsrecht (vnl. ziekte en arbeidsongeschiktheid) of je bent bereid om deze kennis verder te ontwikkelen : een postacademische opleiding arbeidsrecht (PALA of Grotius arbeidsrecht) is een pluspunt maar niet noodzakelijk;
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar bewezen werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; je hebt ervaring met het procesrecht, en bij voorkeur ook ervaring met reorganisaties en ondernemingsraden;
- Je vindt het boeiend om de juridische kaders te bewaken binnen een commerciële omgeving - vanuit samenwerking en partnership met de business;
- Je bent in staat om juridische uitdagingen snel te doorgronden en die met natuurlijke overtuigingskracht te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen;
- Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken, bent stressbestendig, en hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen.
- Een marktconform salaris afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring;
- Aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals onkostenvergoeding; incentive regeling, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioenopbouw;
- Je werkt 36 tot 40 uur en krijgt jaarlijks 25,5 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen afhankelijk van de gewerkte uren. De ADV dagen kunnen ook uitbetaald worden;
- De mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk hybride (vanuit huis) te werken;
