Dan is deze functie bij het gezellige HR team van The Adecco Group Nederland iets voor jou! Voor ons hoofdkantoor in Zaltbommel zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven HR Flex Specialist.
Wat ga je doen- Als HR Flex specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van o.a. administratie en urenverwerking voor uitzendmedewerkers van de Adecco kantoren in Nederland;
- Je hebt zowel per mail als telefonisch veel contact met de uitzendmedewerkers, klanten & vestigingen;
- Je staat in voor een goede dienstverlening naar (interne) klanten en uitzendmedewerkers en hebt een adviesfunctie met betrekking tot wet & regelgeving;
- Je wordt tewerkgesteld in het team Time Sheet Management & Offboarding, dat instaat voor de urenverwerking voor uitzendmedewerkers en de administratie daaromheen;
- Je verzorgt de urenverwerking van alle uitzendmedewerkers van Adecco;
- Je voert mutaties door en lost problemen op;
- Je zorgt voor een juiste facturatie;
- Je zorgt voor de juiste administratieve afhandeling wanneer uitzendmedewerkers uit dienst gaan (Offboarding);
- Je bent vraagbaak voor vestigingen, uitzendmedewerkers en opdrachtgevers betreffende salarisuitbetalingen, de digitale tool voor urenregistratie, facturatie etc;
- Je hebt wekelijks contact met vestigingen om samenwerking te optimaliseren.
- Je bezit een MBO of HBO werk en denkniveau;
- Je weet van aanpakken en hebt de wil om te leren en groeien in team verband;
- Jij werkt gemakkelijk met verschillende mensen samen;
- Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit los jij problemen op creatieve wijze op;
- Je hebt een gestructureerde manier van werken;
- Je bezit goede en duidelijke communicatieve vaardigheden en de wil om samen met je team mooie resultaten te behalen.
- Je spreekt Nederlands en goed Engels.
- Een salaris tussen €2.318 en €3.363 bruto o.b.v. 40 p/w;
- Een werkweek van max. 40 uur. 36 of 32 uur p/w is bespreekbaar;
- Royale secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder uitbetalingen zoals:
- vaste 13e maand;
- 13 ADV dagen, die in het eerste jaar maandelijks uitbetaald worden;
- vakantietoeslag, die ook maandelijks uitbetaald kan worden;
- incentive regeling, welke gebaseerd is op jouw resultaten;
- winstdelingsregeling;
