HR Flex en CAO specialist

Over de functie

Ben jij een gepassioneerde HR professional met uitgebreide kennis van de ABU cao en flex wet- en regelgeving? Voor ons Shared Service Center zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Flex en CAO specialist. Het Shared Service Center is  verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een efficiënte, volledige en tijdige verwerking van verlonings-, facturatie-, verzuim- en werkgeverschapsprocessen.

In deze rol adviseer je met betrekking tot de cao voor uitzendkrachten, arbeidsrecht, flex wet- en regelgeving. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij juridische problemen en schakelt direct met de tegenpartij. Je betrekt hierbij de juiste collega’s van afdeling Legal en Quality.  

Wat ga je doen?
  • Je zorgt dat jouw kennis op peil is en dit binnen de organisatie geborgd is. Je blijft op de hoogte van actuele ontwikkelingen in de cao voor uitzendkrachten, arbeidsrecht en flex wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je rapporteert en adviseert over beleid, behaalde resultaten en signaleert knelpunten zodat er tijdig actie kan worden ondernomen.
  • Je onderneemt tijdig actie voor verbetering en aanpassing van werkzaamheden en processen.
  • Je begeleidt collega's bij complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving en cao, en draagt kennis over.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat e-learnings up-to-date blijven bij wetswijzigingen en wijzigingen in de CAO.

  • 25,5 vakantiedagen (13 extra ADV dagen na 1 jaar in dienst)

Wat breng jij mee?
  • Je hebt een excellente kennis van de ABU CAO
  • Je hebt kennis van arbeidsrecht
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en beschikt over goede adviesvaardigheden
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken
  • Accuraat en resultaatgericht werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Kennis van Adecco processen en applicaties is een grote pré
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken en schrijven is een must
