Jouw missie
Als Corporate Recruiter ben jij de sleutel tot ons succes. Jij:
- Werkt aan het aantrekken, selecteren en verwelkomen van talenten die ons bedrijf naar nieuwe hoogten brengen.
- ️ Speelt een cruciale rol in het opzetten en verbeteren van ons lokale recruitmentproces.
- Draagt direct bij aan ons toekomstige succes in een competitieve markt.
- Je vult niet alleen vacatures in, maar maakt een impact op de levens van mensen en de groei van onze organisatie.
- Je bouwt teams die voldoen aan de eisen van vandaag en klaar zijn voor de uitdagingen van morgen.
- Proactief sourcen, screenen en beoordelen van kandidaten, met focus op culturele fit.
- Fungeren als sparringpartner voor de business en relaties onderhouden met wervingspartners.
- Aanvoeren van projecten zoals employer branding, recruitment marketing en verbeteren van de kandidaatervaring.
- Rapportage en analyse van wervingsactiviteiten voor procesverbeteringen.
- Bouwen en onderhouden van talentpools voor toekomstige wervingsbehoeften.
- Adverteren van vacatures voor maximale zichtbaarheid.
- Actief deelnemen aan netwerkevenementen en carrièrebeurzen.
We zoeken iemand met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, strategisch denkvermogen en een passie voor mensen. Je hebt een proactieve houding en een scherp oog voor talent. Ervaring met de nieuwste recruitmenttools en -technieken is een pluspunt. Je bent resultaatgericht, tech-savvy en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. Daarnaast ben je flexibel en creatief in het vinden van oplossingen. Daarnaast beschik je over:
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als corporate recruiter.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse & Engelse taal.
- Salaris tussen €4.030 - €5.500 bruto per maand.
- 25,5 vakantiedagen (13 extra ADV dagen na 1 jaar het eerste jaar krijg je 5% toeslag op je maandsalaris).
- Vakantiegeld dat maandelijks uitbetaald kan worden.
- Jaarlijkse winstuitkering van netto €613.
- Vaste onkostenvergoeding van netto €34 per maand.
- Toegang tot trainingen via onze TAG University, online en offline.
- Internationale carrièremogelijkheden bij een van de grootste HR-dienstverleners ter wereld.
