Vous intégrerez la Direction de la Communication Business & Métiers du Groupe Adecco et tout particulièrement l’équipe du Studio composée de 5 personnes.
Votre rôle consiste à participer à la création des différents supports de communication digitaux et audiovisuels du Groupe Adecco en collaboration avec d’autres profils techniques et créatifs dans le cadre de notre communication interne et de projets spécifiques externes.
Nous recherchons une personne qui interviendra principalement sur la création digitale et le motion design pour accompagner la stratégie du Groupe et son adoption par les collaborateurs.
Vos principales missions sont :
- Participer aux briefs afin d’identifier et d’analyser le besoin des demandes reçues par l’équipe du Studio
- Proposer des concepts créatifs (story boards…), des déclinaisons et habillages graphiques
- Travailler en équipe sur des projets vidéo mix media (motion / prises de vues réelles) ou full motion : tutoriels, reportages, présentations, interviews…
- Participer à la réalisation de supports digitaux (visuels, présentations…)
- Faire une veille des nouvelles tendances créatives / benchmark du marché
Le tout dans le respect des chartes graphiques, des guidelines et des délais.
A propos de vous :
· Issu(e) d’une formation en graphisme, vous savez jongler entre le design graphique et le motion
· Vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage d'au moins 4 mois
· Vous maîtrisez la suite Adobe, tout particulièrement Illustrator et AfterEffects
· Vous êtes créatif(ve), de nature curieuse et sensible au milieu artistique
· Vous êtes au fait des nouveaux canaux de communication et des tendances en matière de motion et vous vous tenez informé(e)
· Vous êtes polyvalent(e) et rigoureux. Vous faites preuve d’humilité et avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation
· Vous aimez travailler en équipe, partager vos savoir-faire et souhaitez monter en compétences
· Vous êtes intéressé(e) par la communication interne et les sujets liés à un grand groupe
· Les petits plus : vous pratiquez le dessin, l’illustration ou la vidéo traditionnelle
