Aux côtés du Responsable Pricing Groupe, nous recherchons un stagiaire chargé (e) de mission pricing pour une durée de six mois.
Poste à pourvoir immédiatement.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Pricing
- Participer au processus de définition et de déclinaison de la politique de pricing
- Participer au pilotage de la réalisation du plan Pricing Annuel
- Adresser les alertes business et proposer des plans d’actions correctifs
- Participer à l'identification et à la coordination de la mise en œuvre d’améliorations dans les outils, permettant d’améliorer le process et la compréhension par les agences des impératifs pricing
Animation Réseau
- Participer activement aux actions de pédagogie autour du pricing : Animation de formations, Sessions de partage avec le réseau
- Benchmarker les pratiques pricing du réseau pour permettre la montée en compétence du réseau et le partage des bonnes pratiques
- Prendre en charge la documentation des process Pricing et leur partage avec le réseau (email, ADICT, réunions…)
- Gérer la boîte mail Pricing et apporter les réponses aux questions posées par les équipes réseau
Gouvernance
- Participer aux réunions de déploiement et de suivi des actions pricing
- Etre force de proposition dans la mise en œuvre de réunion ou atelier de travail en lien avec le Pricing.
- Prendre en charge la validation des demandes de dérogation Pricing, dans le respect des règles définies par le manager
- Respecter les délais de réponse en vigueur (à date 3h, dans les heures normales de bureau)
Profil recherché
Niveau d’études : Niveau Bac+4/Bac+ 5 - master en commerce/management, une spécialisation en pricing serait appréciée.
Expérience en pricing ou commerce (stage, alternance…) souhaitée
Compétences :

- Maîtrise du pack office et notamment d'excel
