Responsable Transformation Finance H/F

La Direction des Services Financiers rassemble l’ensemble des services comptables et financiers des entités du Groupe Adecco en France.

Rattaché à la Directrice des Services Financiers France, les principales missions du Responsable de la Transformation Finance sont les suivantes :

-         Assurer le rôle de chef de projet de la transformation de la Direction des Services Financiers ou superviser les projets où interviennent des consultants (ERP, CSP, facture électronique, nouveaux reportings groupe etc) en lien avec les autres managers fonctionnels de la Direction, la DSI et les équipes Finance du Groupe

-         Aider la Direction dans la déclinaison opérationnelle des modèles du Groupe

-         Veiller à l’harmonisation et à la rationalisation des processus comptables et financiers entre Global Business Units et entre entités

-         Accompagner les managers et les équipes dans la conduite du changement

-         Coordonner les relations avec l’ensemble des acteurs (managers fonctionnels Finance locale, Finance Groupe, Contrôle Interne, DSI, consultants externes etc)

-         Accompagner les équipes de la Direction dans l’amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des données (fiabilisation, optimisation etc)

-         Proposer des recommandations ou alerter si besoin en lien avec le contrôle interne

-         Aider à l’analyse et à la formalisation des processus comptables clés


Diplômé d’une formation supérieure BAC + 5 de type Ecole de commerce option Finance, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 8 ans, idéalement en Cabinet de Conseil, et/ou sur un poste similaire au sein d’un grand Groupe.

Vous maîtrisez la gestion de projets, les processus d’administration fonctionnelle, de recette fonctionnelle et de fiabilisation des données ainsi que le pack office (Excel). Anglais courant (oral et écrit).

Très bon communicant, avec une vraie force de propositions et une capacité à prendre des décisions en respectant les délais qui sont impartis, vous êtes curieux, organisé, et doté d’une forte orientation résultats. Vous êtes également reconnu pour votre réel esprit d’équipe, et à l’aise dans les situations de changements.
