Responsable Création Artistique H/F
Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur Responsable Création Artistique H/F. Le poste est basé à La Défense (92) ou à Villeurbanne (69).
Au sein de la Direction de la Communication du Groupe, le Responsable Création Artistique H/F est responsable de la création graphique et audiovisuelle ainsi que des choix artistiques du groupe Adecco et de ses trois business unit que sont Adecco, Akkodis et LHH.
Il/elle est en charge de superviser l’ensemble des projets qui relève de la création et de la production audiovisuelle.
En collaboration avec les équipes internes et les experts métier, il/elle élabore le concept artistique en cohérence avec le respect des chartes graphiques, les objectifs définis et en assure la coordination ainsi que la qualité des livrables, dans le respect des délais et des coûts.
Vos principales missions :
En tant que Responsable Création Artistique H/F, vous aurez pour missions :
- La création visuelle et audiovisuelles
- La gestion des projets créatifs
- L’accompagnement des équipes créatives
- Le reporting et la veille
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans de création artistique et de chefferie de projet
Formation : Diplôme supérieur des arts appliqués, de graphisme ou de production audiovisuelle
Contexte de travail :
Déplacements ponctuels sur les tournages dans toute la France et sur les évènements internes
Relations internes avec la Direction de la Communication, les fonctions support du Groupe, les responsables marketing des BU
Relations externes avec les prestataires du groupe
Compétences métier :
Expertise des logiciels de création visuelle et de création graphique : logiciel suite adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Expertise des logiciels de création audiovisuelle : logiciel suite adobe (After effect, Première)
Très bonne maîtrise technique en arts graphiques et de création d’univers graphiques complets
Très bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft notamment Powerpoint et Word
Bonne connaissance des outils et du matériel de tournage vidéo
Maîtrise de la chaîne graphique et des codes du digital
Compétences comportementales :
