COMMUNITY MANAGER H/F

Plus spécifiquement, vous travaillerez au sein de la Direction Marketing Client basée à Villeurbanne (Siège du Groupe). 

En lien avec le responsable Réseaux Sociaux, vous gérez au quotidien l’animation des différentes communautés des marques du groupe et plus largement la e-réputation (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc..).


En tant que Community Manager, vous participez à l’animation en local des
réseaux sociaux en aidant notre réseau à mieux communiquer sur ces
plateformes et contribuez aux actions de reporting. Vous créez du contenu,
êtes force de proposition auprès des clients internes et réalisez une veille
continue sur le webmarketing et le Community management.

Le Community Manager en stage (H/F) aura pour rôle :

Animation et gestion :


• Animation des communautés du groupe
• Modération de commentaires
• Gestion E-reputation
• Gestions pages : Approbation contenu, mise à disposition visuels &
Template
• Challenges mensuels


Suivi de projet Réseaux Sociaux :


• Gestion de projets et mise en place de campagnes en lien avec les
équipes Marketing
• Social Media Niveau local (Pages agences locales)
• Création de contenu / Conseil
• Sensibilisation des agences et collaborateurs aux réseaux sociaux


• Niveau d’études : Bac + 3 à Bac +5


• La maitrise de l'anglais serait un plus.


• Vous maitrisez les outils Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Une première expérience en Social Media est demandée, une
connaissance des mécaniques liées aux campagnes publicitaires
(acquisition et notoriété) est un plus.

• Réactivité, force de proposition, esprit d’analyse et de créativité, qualité
rédactionnelle.
• Le sens de l'organisation et du service sont vos atouts.
• Vous êtes dynamique et aimez prendre des initiatives.
• Vous avez une culture marketing et digitale forte
Les qualités de créativité, de rigueur et de réactivité sont prioritaires. Vous
avez le sens du service et un bon esprit d'équipe. Une aisance relationnelle et
une capacité rédactionnelle sont indispensables. Vous vous intéressez aux
nouvelles technologies, aux réseaux sociaux et au digital.
