The Adecco Group, leader mondial des solutions en ressources humaines, recherche un Chargé de Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux H/F. Le poste est à pourvoir au sein du siège d'Adecco à Villeurbanne (69).

Vous aimez les chiffres, mais aussi le relationnel, et êtes passionné(e) par la gestion de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux ? Alors, ce poste est fait pour vous !
Missions :
En tant que Chargé(e) de Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place et le pilotage de notre politique de rémunération. Vous participerez à :
- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de rémunération de l’entreprise en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe C&B,
- Piloter les processus de révision salariale et de rémunération variable,
- Analyser les tendances du marché pour garantir que notre politique de rémunération reste compétitive et attractive,
- Assurer l’équité salariale en réalisant des études comparatives internes,
- Produire des reportings réguliers sur les coûts et l'efficacité des programmes de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux.
- Elaborer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer la satisfaction des collaborateurs
Formation : Master 2 Ressources Humaines, Finance ou équivalent.
Expérience : 2 ans minimum sur des missions similaires idéalement dans un environnement international.
Compétences analytiques : Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et des outils de gestion de données.
Connaissance des réglementations : Bonne maîtrise des aspects légaux et conventionnels liés à la rémunération et aux avantages sociaux.
Qualités humaines : Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et avez d’excellentes capacités de communication. Vous savez expliquer simplement des concepts complexes et aimez travailler en équipe.
Langues : Anglais
