Assistant Talent management H/F
La Direction RH Stratégie des Talents du Groupe Adecco recherche un.e alternant.e Talent Management au sein du siège à Villeurbanne.
Rattaché.e à la Responsable Développement RH et en collaboration avec toute l’équipe Talent Groupe, tu contribueras au développement et au déploiement de projets pour l’ensemble des 10 000 collaborateurs du groupe en France : développement des talents, performance, mobilité & trajectoires de carrières.
Tes missions :
Animation du référentiel des emplois & des compétences :
· Participation au pilotage de l’instance de création et de mise à jour des emplois de toutes les filiales du groupe en France
· Contribution à la classification et à la pesée des emplois
Suivi du process de performance :
· Préparation de la campagne des entretiens annuels et de mi-année : paramétrage de l’outil et suivi
· Support et accompagnement des HRBP
· Suivi, reporting, analyse et exploitation des données
Animation de la mobilité interne et trajectoires de carrières :
· Animation de notre outil de gestion des immersions : participation aux points de suivi avec le prestataire, analyse et exploitation des données
· Suivi, reporting et préparation des supports et animation auprès des HRBP
· Contribution aux projets en lien avec le sujet des compétences pour offrir à nos collaborateurs des parcours de carrières au sein du Groupe
Animation du process de Talent Review :
· Contribution à la définition du process de Talent Reviews en lien avec le contexte France en coordination avec les guidelines du Groupe
· Synthèse et analyse des retours des BU
· Préparation et synthèse des sessions de Talent Review
Tu prépares un bac +4/5 (Université, Ecole de Commerce ou autre...) et es passionné.e par l’Humain.
Tu as déjà effectué des stages en entreprise dans le domaine des RH ou en gestion de projet
Tu maitrises bien sûr les outils de la suite Microsoft Office (Powerpoint et Excel) et aimes analyser la Data RH
Tu es curieux.se & force de proposition.
Tu partages nos valeurs et souhaites à travers ta contribution à nos différents projets « permettre à chacun d’être acteur de sa vie »
