Assistant RH – Marque employeur et RSE-QVCT H/F

La Direction RH Talent & RSE du Groupe Adecco recrute un alternant F/H pour contribuer activement au développement et déploiement de deux de ses axes stratégiques : marque employeur et politique RSE-QVCT.


Vos principales missions

 - Favoriser le déploiement externe de notre Marque employeur en vous engageant dans des actions et événements dans le cadre de nos relations écoles, en lien avec nos ambassadeurs

- Favoriser le déploiement interne de notre Marque employeur en accompagnant le déploiement des enquêtes d’engagement des collaborateurs pour favoriser le droit d’expression, en animant et développant nos différentes communautés internes, etc.

- Favoriser le déploiement de la politique RSE-QVCT, au travers du Pacte Social Interne du Groupe (QVCT, diversité & inclusion, engagement social et environnemental des collaborateurs, handicap en lien avec la Mission Handicap et Diversité, santé, sécurité et qualité de vie au travail et prévention des risques professionnels en lien avec les acteurs de la santé au travail) pour garantir le bon accompagnement et le bon épanouissement de nos collaborateurs

- Promouvoir la visibilité de nos actions en créant des supports de communication en lien avec notre Chargée de Communication (vidéo, articles, posts intranet, support à la conception de webinars, etc…)

- Piloter des indicateurs de performance et garantir le reporting de ces-derniers

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous serez en contact avec les différentes directions du Groupe et les équipes support à l’international.


Sensible aux enjeux RSE et humains afin d’améliorer de manière continue l’expérience collaborateur, vous souhaitez découvrir une facette stratégique et transverse des RH où la marque employeur occupe une place prépondérante.

Prérequis pour réussir dans le poste :

· Alternance en M1 ou M2, idéalement en RH ou RSE

· Niveau d’anglais professionnel (B2 minimum)

· Maîtrise du pack office (Excel et PowerPoint + Canva ou équivalent)

· Rigueur et sens du détail

Rythme d’alternance souhaité : 3 semaines entreprise / 1 semaine école OU 4 jours entreprise / 1 jour école
