Assistant Rémunération & Avantages Sociaux H/F

Les missions :

Vous rejoignez le service Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux du groupe et participez à la vie du service composée de profils divers et complémentaires.

Vous jouerez un rôle d’analyste de nos différentes bases de données, de nos systèmes de variables, et participerez au calcul et au contrôle des parts variables de rémunération.

Vous apporterez un support à l’administration de l’outil de rémunération, participerez à la revue salariale de l’ensemble du périmètre The Adecco Group et apporterez le support attendu aux RHs opérationnels.

 Vous serez également amené.e à participer à des projets transverses de politique de rémunération.

 Cette alternance vous permettra de comprendre le fonctionnement d’un grand groupe et d’acquérir une vision globale d’un service Rémunération.


Vous êtes en première année de Master Finance, Master RH ou Master Management.

Une première expérience professionnelle pertinente serait un atout pour ce poste.

Compétences :

- Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques et notamment Excel (RechercheV, Tableaux Croisés Dynamiques)

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse

- Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)

- Vous faites preuve de discrétion et de confidentialité

- Vous êtes adaptable et autonome
