Assistant Gestionnaire Parc Auto H/F

Basé à Villeurbanne, nous recherchons notre assistant (e) gestionnaire parc automobile au sein du service parc automobile du groupe.

Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

Achats

  • Analyser et traiter les besoins internes en matériel : téléphonie fixe, mobile ou automobile
  • Entretenir des relations suivies avec les fournisseurs
  • Valider et/ou passer les commandes dans le respect des règles achats groupe

Administration

  • Affecter les amendes
  • Assurer la gestion du parc automobile (disponibilité, transferts, livraisons, …)
  • Assurer le suivi des papiers des véhicules
  • Participer à la mise en place ou l'amélioration des procédures
  • Renseigner et orienter ses interlocuteurs sur les sujets liés au parc automobile
  • Saisir et mettre à jour des bases d'informations

Gestion

  • Contrôler et/ou valider les factures clients et/ou fournisseurs


Compétences métier

  • Rigueur, sens de l'analyse
  • Application des normes et procédures définies, connaissance de l’offre
  • Suivi des délais et relance des fournisseurs, rédaction
  • Collecte d’informations, prise de commande, maîtrise d’Excel

Compétences comportementales

  • Sens du service, aisance relationnelle Organisation, réactivité, écoute
  • Adaptabilité, diplomatie, sens du relationnel
