Assistant de projet RSE et commerce H/F

Vous intégrerez la Direction Impact social et environnemental, département RSE. Aux côtés de la chargée de projet RSE, votre rôle consiste à contribuer aux différents projets de l’équipe RSE et à animer la communauté RSE au sein des différentes filiales du Groupe.

Les principales missions seront les suivantes :  

- RSE et commerce : répondre aux sollicitations de nos clients sur nos engagements RSE, notamment les questionnaires lors des appels d’offres. Analyser les questionnaires adressés à nos fournisseurs. Être support des équipes commerciales, en maintenant notamment à jour notre base documentaire RSE

- Reporting : contribuer aux différents reportings extra-financiers (Ecovadis, Acesia, etc.) et à la production des rapports RSE

- Carbone 0 : contribuer au projet de neutralité carbone du Groupe (comités de pilotage, suivi du plan d’actions Green IT, déploiement des projets de Contribution, reporting, etc.)

- RSE et communication : piloter des actions de communication en lien avec la direction de la Communication (semaines thématiques par exemple), animer la communauté RSE du Groupe, animer le dialogue avec nos parties prenantes

- Veille : assurer une veille réglementaire RSE

Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez en contact avec les opérationnels des agences du Groupe, les autres directions internes ainsi que nos clients externes.


Actuellement en bac+4/bac+5 en RSE/ école de commerce / IEP / IAE avec une appétence commerciale, vous justifiez d'une première expérience sur les sujets RSE ou en réponse à des appels d'offres.

Compétences :

- Vous connaissez les principales problématiques liées à la transition environnementale, et notamment les méthodes de comptabilité carbone, et les mécanismes de réduction des émissions et de contribution carbone.

- Vous êtes familier avec le domaine commercial (compréhension des besoins clients, réponse aux appels d’offres, soutenances d’appels d’offres, etc.)

- Vous êtes polyvalent.e, curieux.se, pro-actif.ve et avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation.

- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et partager vos savoir-faire.

- Vous avez une aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle.

- Vous êtes rigoureux.se et réactif.se.
