Ce poste hybride combine des responsabilités d’assistanat de direction avec celles d’office management, visant à assurer un fonctionnement fluide et efficace du bureau régional tout en soutenant les dirigeants dans leurs missions quotidiennes.


Missions Principales :
• Gestion des agendas des Directeurs de Secteurs et du Directeur de Région
• Organisation et coordination des réunions, déplacements et événements.
• Traitement des appels téléphoniques et mails, filtrage et priorisation des
demandes.
• Interface avec les clients et partenaires externes pour des communications
efficaces et professionnelles.
• Communication avec les équipes internes pour garantir un environnement de
travail optimal.
• Organisation et logistique des événements internes (ex-team building)


Compétences Requises :


• Organisation et Gestion du Temps : Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches
simultanément et à respecter les délais.
• Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
• Techniques : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) et des
logiciels de gestion de planning.
• Adaptabilité : Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements et à travailler
dans un environnement dynamique.
• Confidentialité : Sens aigu de la confidentialité et de la discrétion.
• Proactivité : Esprit d’initiative et capacité à anticiper les besoins.


Qualifications :
• Bac+2 minimum en assistanat de direction, gestion administrative ou
équivalent.
• Expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans un environnement de
consulting ou une grande entreprise.
• Un bon niveau d’anglais serait idéal
