- Develop, refine,implement, and optimize account-basedmarketingplansforstrategicaccountsinalignmentwith sales goals and account plans. This will involve identifying key target accounts, understanding their needs and the competitive landscape, and devising tailored, measurable marketing approaches to engage and convert them. Identify and action white space opportunities among top clients for cross-vertical selling.
- Segmentandtargetkeydecisionmakersandinfluencerswithinaccountsusingdata,insights, and account intelligence.
- Createandexecutemulti-channelcampaignsthatengageandnurtureprospectsandcustomers across the buyer journey. This will include leading efforts to personalize marketing campaigns and content for target accounts. This will involve creating custom messaging, offers, and other experiences tailored to specific account needs and pain points.
- Measureandoptimizetheperformanceandimpactofaccount-basedmarketingactivitiesusing analytics and reporting tools and continuously optimize strategies based on insights gained.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoensurealignmentandconsistencyofmessagingand branding.
- Partnerwithsalesenablementandsalesdevelopmentteamstoensureleadsareactioned.
- Workingwithproductmarketing,developcollateraltosupportspecificneedsofglobalsales team for strategic accounts.
- Workwithdigitalmarketingteamtoleverageonlinechannelssuchasemail,socialmedia, webinars, and SEO to amplify marketing campaigns.

- Bachelor'sdegreeinmarketing,business,orrelatedfield. MBA is a plus.
- 9+yearsofexperienceinaccount-basedmarketing,demandgeneration,orB2Bmarketing directed toward large enterprise B2B clients.
- Provenhistoryofdesigningandexecutingsuccessfulaccount-basedmarketingcampaignsthat drive pipeline and revenue.
- A results-oriented mindset is crucial for driving success. We seek proven success in achieving measurable outcomes, such as revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, vertical expansion, and ROI.
- Strongknowledgeofaccount-basedmarketingbestpractices,tools,andtechnologyplatforms
