Senior Finance Business Analyst

In alignment with The Adecco Group’s Future@Work strategy, we are now expanding our business in Bulgaria with a newly established Shared Service Center, including our Global Reporting and Analytics Center of Expertise (R.A.C.E.).

We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to join this dynamic team. As part of R.A.C.E., you will support decision-making processes for our global enabling functions and business operations.

Mission:

As a Senior Finance Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing information both within and outside the company to enhance its reliability and relevance in a rapidly evolving market. Serving as the bridge between functional departments, BI teams, and senior management, you will provide essential insights through reporting and structured analyses, facilitating informed decision-making processes.

Core responsibilities:

·Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.

·Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.

·Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

·Support month-end and year-end close processes

·Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed to support business decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

·Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;

·2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, audit or a related field.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

·Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

·Experience with financial software and ERP systems;

·Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

·Ability to work in a team;

·Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

·Experience working in a multinational or large corporate environment is preferred.

·English fluent;
