About the role

The Director of Solution Design crafts innovative solutions and provides strategic direction and subject matter expertise in support of complex sales opportunities. As part of the Solution Design team, you will lead and direct analysis and architecture of solutions by assessing client needs and requirements, developing and validating solution design/”blueprint”, and by collaborating with business partners within the Adecco Group to develop bespoke, integrated solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.
What you’ll be doing- Take responsibility for building end-to-end solutions that meets customer requirements, internal revenue and profitability targets
- Conduct iterative sessions and deep dives with globally distributed teams of SMEs and functional specialists
- Assist business development in the initial discovery phase of client opportunities
- Build and foster ways-of-working with cross functional teams to pursue complex deals. This includes Go-to-market model, process & organization and tools & methodologies
- Assess, translate and align client needs into a viable and differentiated Adecco Group solution
- Interprets client requirements and drives the business process, functional, tool, and user experience vision in order to articulate optimal solution recommendations, incorporating organizational best practices and leading industry trends to meet client-specific objectives
- Provide support in the request for proposal (RFP) process, developing and delivering presentations, and pricing service offerings for new and/or existing clients
- Partner with Regional Financial Controller/Pricing Team to develop financial modeling, resource planning, and infrastructure design of the solution
- Participate in all discussions and presentations as the architect of the solution and represents the value proposition to all levels of client and internal stakeholders
- Perform situation analysis and makes recommendations for issue/problem resolution
- Extensive experience in the area of HR Solutions or Consulting Industry
- Experience with solution design, process mapping, implementation and/or sales support
- Ideally a diploma of higher education
- Skilled at presenting and delivering pitches to senior internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with Visio and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
