Responsabilidades do cargo:
- Prospectar novos clientes
- Realizar visitas comerciais
- Qualificar briefing e propor solução
- Definir estratégia de precificação e escopo da solução
- Elaborar e enviar as propostas comerciais
- Propor e implementar estratégias de up-sell e cross-sell na carteira de clientes
- Utilizar diariamente os sistemas de gestão comercial (conhecimento do SalesForce será um diferencial)
- Gerenciar todo o fluxo da venda, da prospecção ao fechamento
- Estabelecer interação com as áreas correlacionadas às atividades de vendas
Requisitos e habilidades requeridas:
- Superior Completo
- Inglês Avançado
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em vendas
- Orientação para o cliente (postura consultiva), Protagonismo, Senso de urgência, Perspicácia para negócios, Orientação para resultados, Fluência em comunicação (bom ouvinte), Agilidade de aprendizado, Perseverança, Autonomia, Habilidades de apresentação e negociação.
- Desejável experiência com vendas de serviços, como consultoria, educação, treinamentos ou benefícios.
