Talent Connector

Consultor/a – Prospector/a de Mercado

Objetivo: conectar candidato/as en programa con las vacantes del mercado laboral, captar ofertas, apoyar su posicionamiento en la oferta a través de la intermediación con las empresas y obtener feedback de sus candidaturas con el objetivo de una rápida y efectiva recolocación.

Consultores, Candidatos, Comercial, Marketing, Responsable de Proyectos, Responsable de Consultoría Individual, Project Managers.

Funciones principales

Prospección de ofertas de empleo, a través de portales de empleo, ett´s, consultoras de selección, redes profesionales o metabuscadores de empleo, según los perfiles profesionales de los candidatos adheridos a los programas.

Innovación en diferentes acciones orientadas a la recolocación de los candidatos adheridos a los programas.

Identificación de nuevas oportunidades a través de organismos; asociaciones, empresas de nueva creación o redes sociales.

Captación de ofertas de empleo preferiblemente provenientes del mercado oculto a través de la generación de contactos de RRHH.

Preselección de candidato/as acorde a los requisitos de la oferta detectada y envío de candidaturas a las empresas como respuesta a la oferta facilitada.

Refuerzo de candidaturas para las ofertas o empresas de interés de los candidatos

Interlocución con empresas e intermediarios por teléfono con el objetivo de captar información sobre sus procesos de selección y posibles ofertas u oportunidades de empleo actuales o futuras

Presentación de LHH, así como de los nuevos candidatos y proyectos a empresas fidelizadas y a nuevas empresas.

Elaboración Dossier Mensual Candidato/as y envío a Contactos del Dossier General y Especifico Sector

Impartir Talleres Mercado Laboral y asesoramiento sobre mercado laboral

Elaboración de sondeos de mercado como apoyo al área comercial.

Realización de informes al cliente reportando las acciones de prospección destinadas al colectivo del proyecto.

Formación a becario/as y nuevas incorporaciones

Requisitos

Titulación: Valorable diplomatura o licenciatura universitaria en RRHH

Idiomas: inglés nivel medio.

Experiencia: Se valorará experiencia en selección.

  • Comunicación efectiva (adecuación y precisión)
