About The Role

•   Working with internal team to source and screen top talents
•   Executing sales strategy and recruitment solutions to our clients
•   Increasing market share through client growth, you will invest in long term partnerships
•   Good understanding of growing industries and candidate markets
•   Ability to build strong brand reputation in the market
•   Working with internal stakeholders to leverage our ecosystem, creating a collaborative environment

About You

•   Aptitude to lead a business unit and work autonomously
•   Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
•   Ability to embrace challenges and setbacks
•   Strong networking skills to build the client portfolio
•   Natural drive for people engagement, to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
