CONSULTANT EN RECRUTEMENT H/F
LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'experts, cadres et dirigeants (f/h) , recherche pour le pôle Immobilier et Construction, un Consultant en Recrutement (h/f).
Votre activité s’articule principalement autour du développement commercial et de la réalisation de vos missions de recrutement :
Recrutement et évaluation : vous conduisez des missions de recrutement et évaluez les candidats en adéquation avec les besoins exprimés par vos clients
Relation clients et prospects : vous développez avec beaucoup d'autonomie votre activité, et prenez part à la fidélisation de votre portefeuille de clients avec une forte dimension conseil
n tant que consultant(e), vous interviendrez à 360 degré sur chacune des étapes des missions confiées (sourcing, entretiens, synthèses d'évaluations, conseil, suivi des processus, suivi d'intégration, formation à l'entretien de recrutement…).
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure type école de commerce ou université, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans dans l'univers du recrutement.
Vous avez déjà été amené(e) à travailler sur des enjeux de développement commercial, ou avez une forte affinité avec cet aspect du poste.
Une connaissance des métiers de l’immobilier et/ ou de la construction est un plus.
Vous disposez, en outre, d'un esprit entrepreneurial et d'une capacité à conseiller mais aussi convaincre des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
Investi(e), curieux(se), résiliant(e), tenace, vos qualités d'écoute et votre sens de l'engagement feront de vous une personne reconnue auprès de vos clients et candidats.

Ce poste est à pourvoir immédiatement dans le cadre d’un CDI et basé à Paris (75008).
La rémunération se compose d’un fixe et d’un variable.
