Alternance - Assistant Commerce International H/F

Vous intégrez la Direction Grands Comptes au sein de la Direction Sales du Groupe Adecco. Votre rôle consiste à apporter un réel support auprès de l’international sur la gestion des appels d’offres et la gestion des clients internationaux.

En tant qu' Assistant Commerce International, vos principales missions sont :

Répondre aux Appels d’Offres Internationaux 

  • Prendre le lead sur les Appels d'Offres
  • Comprendre les enjeux du client
  • Organiser la phase d’Appel d'Offre (identification des livrables à produire, identification des experts…)
  • Créer la dynamique de réponse
  • Mettre en avant les points forts de l’offre et les capacités du Groupe Adecco
  • Vérifier la cohérence des informations
  • Gérer les priorités et les deadlines
  • Vérifier la qualité et la complétude des réponses

Répondre aux sollicitations nationales et internationales des leads 

  • Répondre en respectant les délais
  • Répondre aux attentes des clients
  • Proposer des solutions complémentaires (upselling/cross selling)

Reporting clients

  • Préparer des business reviews (trimestrielles)
  • Reporter des informations suite aux demandes clients

Niveau d’études : BAC+5 commerce Ecole/Université 

Langue : Anglais avancé (min B2)

Maitrise d’outils informatique : Suite Office

Expérience : 1 à 2 ans d’expérience (BtoB/BtoC)

Plus-value : Connaissance grand groupe

Compétences métier :

  • Coordination Internationale
  • Compréhension de Business cases (structure de coût, P&L)
  • Reporting
