Personalberater / Sales Recruitment Consultant Olten 100% (m/w/d)
- Akquisition von Neukunden im KMU-Bereich aus der Region Olten / Solothurn
- Beratung und Selektion von Kandidaten für die Bereiche Logistik und Industrie
- Ausschreiben von ansprechenden Stelleninseraten auf unterschiedlichen Kanälen
- Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Lohnverhandlungen
- Beratung von bestehenden Firmenkunden bei der Besetzung von Vakanzen
- Führen der gesamten Rekrutierung bis zum Einstellungsprozess / Vertragsabschluss
- Diverse administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten
- Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Eine Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Sales / Technik / HR von grossem Vorteil
- 1-2 Jahre erfolgreiche Erfahrung aus dem Personalverleih
- Gute Anwender-Kenntnisse der MS Office Palette, SAP & Easytemp von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse, E von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstark und geübt in der Kundeakquise und deren Betreuung
- Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie selbständige und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise
