Assistenten Fuhrpark (m/w/d) in Münster

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Koordinierung der Fahrzeugdisposition, -Logistik und Abrechnungen
  • Rechnungsprüfung sowie Vorkontierung.
  • Koordination der Tankkartenverwaltung
  • Erstellung von KFZ-Überlassungsverträgen eingeschlossen der Berechnungen des geldwerten Vorteils
  • Du erstellst, führst und pflegst KFZ-Akten digital und übernimmst die dazugehörigen KFZ-Versicherungsüberprüfungen
  • Verwaltung des Schadensmanagements und Überprüfung der dazugehörigen Werkstattrechnungen
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Fuhrpark

Dein Profil
  • Du besitzt die Fahrerlaubnis für die Führerschein Klasse B
  • Idealerweise hast Du abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Fuhrpark / KFZ sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Du verfügst über eine teamorientierte, kommunikationsstarke und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, sehr zuverlässige sowie dienstleistungsorientiert
