RUOLO
The Adecco Group ricerca per il proprio Head Quarter di Milano una risorsa da inserire in stage nel contesto del Dipartimento Legal e nel Team di Integrity e Compliance.
ATTIVITA’
L’affiancamento al/alla Tutor si declinerà nelle seguenti attività:
- Collaborare con la funzione Internal Audit nella realizzazione dei controlli definiti dalle procedure interne in termini di compliance
- Monitorare la conformità ai requisiti legali e normativi relativi ai limiti di rischio
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di una cultura della compliance
- Sviluppare l'analisi dei rischi su alcuni progetti
- Predisporre piani di lavoro rispetto agli obiettivi di indirizzo e monitoraggio delle attività di business sotto il profilo della Compliance
- Gestire gli adempimenti relativi a processi e procedure di Compliance
- Eseguire verifiche di conformità dei processi operativi aziendali rispetto al quadro normativo di riferimento
- Aggiornare e verificare periodicamente la mappatura dei rischi operativi e formula proposte per il miglioramento dei processi operativi per il controllo dei rischi
- Analizzare i dati derivanti dalla mappatura dei rischi operativi e propone azioni di miglioramento
- Collaborare alla progettazione di interventi formativi e alla loro realizzazione

·Laurea Economica/Giuridica
·Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft 365
·Capacità di lavorare in Team
·Ottime competenze relazionali
·Livello Inglese minimo B2
