ITD Program Lead ERP

About the role

Location: Europe (Hybrid)

Mission:

  • As the ITD Program Lead, you are accountable for your respective Program Delivery (scope, budget, plan, value, quality) of the ERP Program
  • You will ensure successful program delivery, in alignment with The Adecco Group ITD strategy, and high-quality standards
  • This role involves extensive collaboration with both Business (Global Business Units and/or Enabling Functions and/or Markets) and ITD, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating effective communication across the organization

Accountabilities:

  • Execute your respective program/s with the support of relevant PMs, Sponsors, and Steering Committees
  • Measure, track and communicate program progress, ensuring transparent reporting
  • Communicate effectively within the organization, to both Business and ITD
  • Handle Steering Committee Governance and Operations and ensure timely decision-making
  • Manage stakeholders alongside the Program Sponsor
  • Manage risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Address issues promptly and escalate as necessary for resolution
  • Manage the allocation of financial and human capital resources
  • Ensure program artifacts and documentation comply with the Project Management Methodology (PMM)
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the program lifecycle
  • Escalate critical matters to the Sponsor or Steering Committee when needed
What you’ll be doing
  • Collaborate with relevant ITD Teams, Business Teams, and External Partners to ensure strategic and execution alignment
  • Work closely with Finance to maintain planning and budgeting accuracy
  • Partner with ITD security and product development teams to implement security measures
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Foster collaboration between relevant teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the delivery of Global ITD Strategy
About you

Work Experience:

  • Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree
  • 10+ years of experience in complex solutions transformation / Architecture and support delivery teams (multi components Solution, integration context) landscape in major company
  • Proven track record of motivating teams, instilling accountability for value delivery
  • Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (including executive management) on issues of strategy, risk, process, and ongoing operations
  • Experience successfully working with distributed teams as the delivery teams are fully remote
  • Balanced business/technical background. Enough level of technical knowledge to provide highly credible leadership to technology teams. Ability to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues and communicate these effectively to business stakeholders
  • Major experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefit

Education:

  • University level Education (MSc, MEng); Engineering or a master’s in computer science or related field.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, other languages is a plus (French, Spanish, German…)
