Paralegal AT-MP (accident du travail – maladies professionnelles) H/F

Au sein d'une équipe dynamique de 10 personnes, vous apportez des conseils opérationnels auprès de l’ensemble des sociétés du groupe Adecco en France sur la gestion des déclarations et de l’instruction des dossiers accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles (AT-MP).

Vous aurez pour principales missions de :

  • Fournir des informations et/ou conseils juridiques opérationnels à vos interlocuteurs
  • Informer sur les enjeux juridiques et financiers de l’instruction des AT-MP 
  • Mettre en place des outils et indicateurs de gestion de suivi des AT-MP et s’assurer de la pertinence des actions mises en œuvre
  • Adapter les pratiques aux évolutions législatives et opérationnelles
  • Concevoir et animer des actions de formations juridiques internes

  • De niveau Bac + 2 dans le domaine juridique ou formation de gestion.
  • Maitrise de l'anglais professionnel.
  • Maitrise du Pack Office.
  • Maitrise des bases de données juridiques.

Compétences requises :

Expérience reconnue dans un service similaire avec suivi des procédures d’instruction des AT-MP - connaissance de la législation de la sécurité sociale.

Qualités requises :

Vous aimez résoudre des situations complexes, êtes rigoureux, inventif, organisé et avez l’esprit d’équipe.
