Intégré(e) au sein de notre équipe composée de 12 personnes, le consultant en recrutement H/F intervient dans le recrutement en intérim et en CDD/CDI de profils qualifiés à valeur ajoutée dans les métiers de l’industrie et de l’ingénierie.
Vous avez pour principales responsabilités le développement commercial sur votre périmètre ainsi que la réalisation de vos missions de recrutement et d'évaluation.
Vous développez votre portefeuille clients sur un secteur géographique donné et sur une ligne de métier définie. Vous mettez en place votre propre stratégie commerciale, de la prospection à la fidélisation de vos clients.
En toute autonomie, vous assurez l'intégralité d’un process de recrutement : analyse de poste, sourcing, entretiens candidats, évaluations/tests, conseil clients, délégation d’intérimaires, suivi d’intégration, gestion contractuelle.
En nous rejoignant, vous bénéficiez d'un parcours d'intégration théorique et pratique : vous êtes formé(e) aux méthodes de recrutement dès votre arrivée.
Au sein de LHH RS, le management de proximité est une clé pour vous aider à développer vos compétences et ainsi acquérir une réelle expertise métier.
Issu(e) idéalement d'une formation Bac +3 à Bac+ 5, vous disposez d'une expérience réussie dans le domaine du développement commercial en BtoB et d’une expérience en recrutement en agence de travail temporaire.
Proactif et curieux, vous vous démarquez par votre agilité relationnelle et votre sens de l’organisation.
Doté d'un tempérament commercial, vous êtes orienté résultat et qualité ! L’empathie et l’exigence sont des atouts importants pour ce poste.

Rémunération : Salaire fixe sur 13 mois + variable déplafonné.
