Au sein de l’équipe Conformité rattachée à la Direction Juridique et Compliance du Groupe Adecco, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Assistant(e) qui prépare un Master 1 en alternance avec une dominante Conformité pour une intégration en septembre 2024.
Votre rôle sera d’assister la Responsable Conformité & Intégrité dans les priorités du programme de Conformité du Groupe Adecco et d’accompagner quotidiennement nos clients internes sur des thématiques et projets en lien avec la Conformité.
En tant qu’Assistante Conformité rattaché(e) à la Responsable Conformité & Intégrité, vous aurez pour missions :
- accompagner au quotidien les opérationnels sur les thématiques de conformité dans le cadre des contrats et des appels d’offres
- informer et/ou conseiller les opérationnels sur les politiques en matière de conformité
- suivre les indicateurs de gestion du parcours de formation Conformité, et Intégrité, les partager et participer aux plans d’actions
- assister à la formalisation et suivi de mise en œuvre du programme anti-corruption
- adapter les pratiques aux évolutions législatives et opérationnelles en lien avec les sujets Conformité
- Concevoir et animer des actions de formations internes sur des sujets en lien avec la Conformité
- Niveau d’études : Bac + 3 dans le domaine juridique avec une dominante Conformité
- Maitrise d’une langue requise : Anglais
- Maitrise d’outils informatique : Excel – Power Point
Compétences métier : Expertise Conformité (Contexte Sapin 2, Devoir de vigilance, CSRD, Alertes professionnelles, RGPD)
Qualités requises : Sens du contact; Adaptabilité; Rigueur; Autonomie
