Alternance – Assistant développement commercial marchés privés et publics H/F

Pour accompagner son développement, Adecco recherche un Assistant Développement Commercial marchés privés et publics H/F en alternance, spécialiste de la conquête de clients grands comptes marché public, rattaché au directeur commercial Est Sud. Poste basé à Lyon.

En tant qu’Assistant Développement Commercial marchés privés et publics, vous aurez pour principales missions :

Prospection / Vente

Veille quotidienne des marchés publics
Répondre au cahier des charges
Etablir le pricing
Garantir le déploiement efficient de ces accords auprès des clients
Accompagnement et déploiement du marché auprès du réseau des agences Adecco
Garantir le développement du chiffre d’affaires et de la marge sur le portefeuille confié
Assurer une veille concurrentielle
Participer aux réponses aux appels d'offres et/ou propositions commerciales avec les personnes concernées

Communication/ Information

Alerter en cas de dysfonctionnements récurrents et/ou injustifiés et proposer des solutions
Organiser et participer à des événements clients ponctuels

Gestion

Suivre l'évolution des indicateurs opérationnels et financiers afin d'analyser la rentabilité du secteur confié
Proposer des plans d'action adaptés et garantir leur mise en œuvre

Reporting

Rendre compte de son activité commerciale
Analyser les indicateurs de performance et de pilotage de l'activité
Assurer un reporting et un suivi synthétique de l'ensemble des indicateurs de son périmètre, les exploiter, les diffuser et les animer

Niveau d’études : A partir de Bac+3 de Formation Commerce / Administration des Ventes

Expérience souhaitée : A partir de 1 à 2 ans sur des fonctions commerciales

Compétences métier :

· Rigueur / Organisation

· Goût du challenge / conquête commerciale

· Maitrise Pack office (Powerpoint/Excel)es :

Votre écoute active, votre aisance relationnelle et vos capacités d’analyse vous permettront de développer efficacement votre activité.

Vous savez partager vos bonnes pratiques avec une équipe impliquée et soudée.
