welche in der Kandidaten- und Kundenbetreuung die selbstständige Abwicklung des kompletten Vermittlungsprozesses, bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringen.
Personalberater / Sales Consultant Luzern 100% (m/w/d)
- Akquisition von Firmenkunden im Innen- und Aussendienst
- Beratung und Selektion von Kandidaten
- Direktansprache von geeigneten Kandidaten via Social Media und telefonisch
- Prüfung und Vorselektion von eingehenden Bewerbungen
- Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Lohnverhandlungen
- Beratung von Firmenkunden bei der Besetzung von geeigneten Kandidaten
- Führen der gesamten Rekrutierung bis zum Einstellungsprozess
- Diverse administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten
- Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Eine Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Sales / Technik / HR sind von grossem Vorteil
- Idealerweise einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung
- Erfahrung und Freude an der proaktiven Direktansprache von Neukunden
- Gute Computer-Kenntnisse der MS Office Palette, SAP von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
- Mittlere bis gute Englischkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstarke sowie dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Ein gutes Netzwerk in der Region Luzern konntest du dir schon aufbauen
- Ziele zu definieren und diese zu erreichen bist du dir schon gewohnt
- Eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Multitasking gehören zu deinen Stärken
