What you’ll be doing

People will be at the heart of what you’ll do, guaranteed. As a Talent Assessment Specialist at Adecco you will develop creative strategies to source for talent and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for professional services opportunities. You will have the autonomy and the support of a strong team to also manage current associates within our Applicant Tracking System, to assess their ongoing performance and placements with clients. Every day will require your ability to be a skilled communicator and to make decisions that will have a positive impact on our clients, our teams, and your career with a global leader in the staffing and recruiting industry.

About you
  • High school diploma with some work experience
  • Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply employment-related laws, rules, and regulations
  • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.   

Anticipated Salary:

California – $66,560

Colorado – $55,000

New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties - $62,400

New York- All Other Locations - $58,458.40

Washington - $67,724.80

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs.  Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
