Senior Designer - EZRA

Role: Senior Designer - EZRA
Location: London, UK (Hybrid 3 days in office)
The Role
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Senior Designer role will drive creative excellence across EZRA. From marketing campaigns to sales presentations, launch videos to editorial reports, for the right candidate this is an opportunity to take an exciting and established brand identity and push it to its creative limit.
A Senior Designer at EZRA is responsible for:
  • Demonstrating excellent design skills in layout, typography and image creation
  • Being the first point of contact for design requests, as well as proactively spotting opportunities to raise our creative game
  • Be a proud advocate for creativity within the company
  • Presenting your work with enthusiasm and clarity
  • Creating effective and engaging design concepts that aim to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Take us beyond templates into exciting, and innovative design activations
  • Line-manage our small and talented in-house design team, and provide briefs and feedback to freelancers as required
  • Work with Creative Operations to conduct internal research through surveys, interviews, and tests to help identify opportunities to optimize design workflows and processes
  • Be responsible for Quality Assurance, establishing a culture of creative excellence
  • Flexible hours may be required to manage projects across regions / time zones
Here is what you’ll do:
  • Creation of assets to support marketing campaigns, branded events and product announcements
  • Planning and developing concepts and art direction for videos
  • Leading on design to promote and improve our brand
  • Providing ad-hoc design support for other functions (based on priority) including Client Success, Sales and Product
About You
You are:
  • Able to work and communicate with different teams, senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • A team player mindset – willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Work in cross cultural environments with an ability to operate on their own, as part of a team and globally
You have:
  • You have 6+ years’ experience as a hands on designer, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house
  • You have extensive knowledge of Adobe creative suite and associated design tools
  • You have a strong depth of experience in creative direction, photography, film, graphic design, and digital UX
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders
  • You have excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing design solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Excellent in working across teams, collaborative and building relationships
