Au sein de la Direction Commerciale Groupe, l’assistant commercial en analyse des données est rattaché au Directeur de la Performance Commerciale Groupe. Il intervient en soutien du Responsable de la Performance Commerciale pour le bon déploiement de la stratégie commerciale d’Adecco Groupe. Il est le garant des données mises à disposition des opérations. Expert en data, il contribue à la création, la compilation, l’automatisation et l’analyse des données. Sa mission est d'optimiser l’utilisation des données client et business par les différents services de l’entreprise, pour aider à la prise de décisions et améliorer la compétitivité de l’entreprise.
En tant qu’assistant commercial en analyse de données, vous aurez pour principales missions :
- Utiliser et maîtriser les divers outils à sa portée (CRM, outil BI, Excel, …) pour exporter et automatiser les données utiles à l’analyse.
- Structurer les données et les rendre pertinentes pour l’analyse.
- S’assurer de l’exactitude des données compilées
- Convertir et cartographie les données dans un format compréhensible par tous
- Analyser les données pour aider à la prise de décisions.
- Mesurer les résultats des campagnes commerciales et des plans d’actions
- Analyser les données de manière quantitative et qualitative visant à améliorer la qualité de la base clients.
- Créer et déployer des modes opératoires utiles au pilotage commercial
Niveau d’études :
BAC+3 / +4 -> Licence, Master en analyse de données et/ou statistiques, Licence MIASHS, Licence pro Métiers du décisionnel et de la statistique, Master ISMAG, …
Maitrise d’outils informatique :
Excel, langage informatique, Power BI, La connaissance du CRM Salesforce serait un plus
Expérience souhaitée : 6mois minimum en entreprise
