The Team

The current ream is made up of two Senior Managers, Jason Martin and Allan Madden. Hannah Quinn-Hill is not only your manager but our Business Manager. We have our beloved Executive Consultant, Jacob Chiverton alongside our Senior Recruiter, Daniel Sandoval and our incredible Delivery Consultant, Cristina Baraganu.

They are a hard working, driven team with a kaizen mentality. Rather specially they are a proud team, they love what they do and want someone who equally wants to enter that culture.

They are a high performing team, with a strong presence in the marketplace, but need someone who has drive and commitment to deliver into this market, and can evidence their credibility to be up to the challenge!

What you'll be doing

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre procurement talent.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong network of procurement professionals through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide consultative support.

- Ensure compliance with public sector hiring regulations and standards.

- Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the recruitment process.

- Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the organisation's values and mission.

- Stay informed of trends and innovations in public sector procurement and recruitment.

About you

Are you a driven, diligent, quality focused individual who has a high attention to detail?

Are you wanting to learn, maintain your confidence and enter this fantastic team with poise and professionalism?

  • Do you have previous outbound calling experience? Or telephone sales experience? With high-volume calls?
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey information effectively and clearly.
  • Active listening: Paying close attention to what candidates say, asking clarifying questions, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Confidence: Presenting oneself as knowledgeable and capable in the recruitment process.
  • Attention to detail: Carefully managing the recruitment process to avoid errors and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Empathy: Understanding and sharing the feelings of others, crucial for building relationships with candidates.
  • Industry knowledge: Being well-informed about the industry one is recruiting for to identify the best candidates.
  • Interpersonal skills: The ability to interact effectively with different people.
  • Organisational skills: Keeping track of multiple candidates and positions efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills: Addressing any issues that arise during the recruitment process swiftly.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and metrics: Using various tools to streamline the recruitment process and understanding key metrics to measure success.

Interview Stages:

You will initially have an informal 15-minute phone call with our Talent Acquisition Consultant, Polly Dale.

  1. Brief 20 minute Teams call with Hannah Quinn-Hill.
  2. Call based task, written task and panel interview - Face to face with Hannah Quinn-Hill, Branch Manager and Jason Martin, our Senior Manager.
