CHARGE DES APPELS D'OFFRES MARCHES PUBLICS H/F

Au sein de la Direction de la Performance, composée de 6 personnes, votre rôle est d’assurer la réponse aux appels d’offres marchés publics, dans les délais impartis et en coordonnant les différents acteurs internes, gérer et mettre à jour la bibliothèque des offres et assurer le support commercial pour les Responsables Grands comptes.

En tant que Chargé(e) des appels d’offres marchés publics, vos principales missions sont :

Administration

  • Centraliser, vérifier et diffuser les informations dans les équipes, dans les délais
  • Participer à la mise en place ou l'amélioration des procédures
  • Rédiger et ajuster sur le fond et la forme, mettre en forme des documents et/ou supports de présentations à l'aide d'outils bureautiques
  • Saisir et mettre à jour des bases d'informations

Avant-Vente

  • Gérer la veille des appels d’offres publiés
  • Analyser les appels d'offres et proposer de produire une réponse
  • Animer les réunions de lancement des réponses aux appels d'offres
  • Répondre aux appels d'offres grands comptes dans le domaine du travail temporaire et du recrutement
  • Veiller à la conformité des réponses aux appels d'offres




Communication / Information

  • Assurer une veille interne sur les prestations de services proposées par les BU
  • Diffuser les informations sur les accords et ou appels d'offre au sein du réseau et assurer leur mise à jour

Gestion de Projets

  • Etablir et/ou coordonner les différentes phases d'un projet jusqu'au déploiement et sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle
  • Gérer la planification d'un projet
  • S'assurer du suivi de la prestation en conformité avec le cahier des charges

Reporting

  • Assurer le reporting des activités et/ou projets

De formation minimum Bac+2, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience similaire dans le suivi des comptes clients (idéalement grands comptes) ou sur les marchés publics.
