Nous recherchons pour soutenir l’équipe de notre département Social Insurancebasé à Lausanne,pour une entrée en juillet, un.e :

Social Insurance Coordinator (M/F/D) | 80%-100% | CDD de 6-9 mois

Ta mission
  • Gérer les demandes d’allocations familiales en gestion déléguée
  • Traiter les déclarations journalières de sinistres perte de gain maladie et accident
  • Traiter les demandes APG militaire, maternité et paternité
  • Traiter les demandes de création de numéro AVS
  • Établir le versement des indemnités
  • Vérifier les décomptes d’assurance
  • Calculer les délais simples de protection
  • Réconcilier les comptes en comptabilité générale
  • Participer à la documentation pour les audits d’assurances sociales
  • Collaborer aux projets liés aux priorités du département
  • Conseiller et assister les succursales
  • Mettre à jour la documentation et les procédures
Tes qualifications et compétences
  • Tu es titulaire d’un CFC ou d’une formation jugée équivalente ou supérieure
  • Tu as au moins un an d’expérience en gestion des assurances sociales et tu es à la recherche d’un nouveau défi professionnel
  • Tu parles couramment français (niveau C requis), et la maîtrise de l'allemand et/ou de l'anglais serait un énorme plus !
  • Tu es à l’aise avec Excel et les outils MS Office
  • Tu es rigoureux.se et appliqué.e et tu disposes d’une vraie aisance relationnelle
