Nous recherchons pour soutenir l’équipe de notre département Paie basé à Lausanne,pour une entrée de suite ou à convenir, un.e :

Gestionnaire impôt source (M/F/D) | 80%-100% 

Ta mission
  • Gérer les impôts à la source du personnel travaillant chez nos client.e.s et soumis à celui-ci
  • Gérer les relations avec toutes les administrations fiscales cantonales
  • Corriger et adapter les barèmes d’imposition suite aux changements de situation des personnes soumises
  • Traiter les Attestations de Résidence Fiscale (ARF)
  • Traiter les décisions de taxation et gérer les factures des cantons
  • Réconcilier les comptes en comptabilité générale
  • Conseiller et assister les succursales sur la thématique des impôts à la source
  • Mettre à jour la documentation et les procédures

Tes qualifications et compétences
  • Tu es un.e expert.e dans le domaine des impôts à la source
  • Tu parles couramment français (niveau C requis), et la maîtrise de l'allemand et/ou de l'anglais est un énorme plus !
  • Titulaire d'un CFC employé.e de commerce, tu as déjà une première expérience réussie dans des tâches administratives, particulièrement dans le traitement de la retenue d’impôt
  • Tu es à l’aise avec les systèmes informatiques de gestion de ressources d’entreprise (ERP)
  • Tu es un.e expert.e des outils MS-Office, notamment Excel
  • Doté.e d'une aisance relationnelle hors pair, tu es résolument orienté.e satisfaction client
  • Tu as un esprit analytique développé et tu excelles pour trouver des solutions aux défis qui se présentent
  • Tu es un.e véritable team player et tu aimes travailler en collaboration avec tes collègues
