Senior Consultant/Lead – IT/Tech

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Engagement: 

•    Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and build long-term relationships & candidate pipeline. 
•    Consult with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their job requirements, organizational culture, and business objectives and hiring challenges. 
•    Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the industries, market trends, and competitor landscapes related to the clients' industries. 

Candidate Sourcing and Screening: 

•    Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates. 
•    Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles. 
•    Provide candidates with comprehensive information about job opportunities, prepare them for interviews, and support them throughout the hiring process. 

Talent Acquisition and Placement: 

•    Proactively build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for present and future job openings. 
•    Match candidate profiles with client requirements, ensuring the best possible fit for both parties. 
•    Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates and provide timely feedback to all parties involved. 
•    Facilitate salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding processes to ensure successful placements. 

Relationship Management: 

•    Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving recruitment needs, and providing them with exceptional customer service. 
•    Nurture and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
•    Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insights, industry trends, and recruitment best practices. 
•    Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to promote Adecco’s brand and showcase its recruitment capabilities.

Team Collaboration and Performance:

•    Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing knowledge, insights, and candidate information to maximize overall team performance. 
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in Info System 
•    Meet or exceed individual and team targets, contributing to Adecco’s overall success. 

Requirements:

•    2-5 years’ experience in  IT & Tech recruitment and specialized in Technology or IT function / industry.
•    Likes interacting with people.
•    Comfortable with client facing role.
•    Drive (You don’t need license for this)
•    Problem solver (You will solve a lot of them).
•    Good English communication skills and presentation skills.
•    Someone with special talents.
•    Good interpersonal skills.
