BI Reporting Analyst

      About Role

Responsibilities

·Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support procurement activities.

·Perform daily monitoring of procurement data and generate operational and transactional reports.

·Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.

·Assist in the analysis of raw data from multiple sources (e.g., SNOW, MSD, ARIBA) and integrate it into reporting solutions.

·Work with the Global Data Platform (OneLake, etc.) to consolidate data from various systems.

·Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making processes.

·Support the procurement team with ad-hoc reporting requests and data visualization needs.

·Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

·Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on Power BI.

·Proven experience in procurement reporting and familiarity with procurement processes.

·Advanced skills in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

·Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·Experience working with various systems and consolidating their input, such as MSD, SNOW, and ARIBA.

·Familiarity with the Global Data Platform (OneLake, etc.).

·Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

·Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·Certification in Data Analysis or related field, such as the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.

·Deliver accurate and timely reports to support procurement activities.

·Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·Provide clear and actionable insights from data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

·Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
