Ben jij een enthousiaste speurneus met een passie voor mensen en HR? Bij Adecco zijn we op zoek naar een dynamische Talent Specialist 24/7 die onze missie om de perfecte match te vinden, dag en nacht wil ondersteunen!

Ons nationale netwerk is opgedeeld in regio’s (area's) en kantoren, waar de cruciale matching tussen vacatures en kandidaten plaatsvindt en dagelijkse contacten met opdrachtgevers worden onderhouden. Onze afdeling Adecco 24/7 vervult een essentiële rol voor nationale klanten en klanten die buiten reguliere kantooruren ondersteuning nodig hebben. Deze afdeling, bestaande uit vier teams van twee à drie Consultants, opereert vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Groot-Bijgaarden en werkt volgens een shiftsysteem.

Wat ga je doen?

Proactieve werving: Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe kandidaten en neemt contact op met potentiële nieuwe klanten, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met ons kantorennetwerk.
Administratieve opvolging: Je verzorgt de administratieve taken voor Adecco 24/7 en onze nationale klanten, zoals het opvolgen van afwezige associates, het verzamelen van timesheets, en het rapporteren van acties naar de betrokken kantoren.
Kandidatenmatching: Je analyseert klantaanvragen, selecteert potentiële kandidaten, en geeft opdracht voor verdere screening aan de betrokken kantoren. Je volgt de voortgang op, stelt kandidaten voor aan de klant, en zorgt voor feedback naar alle betrokken partijen.
Klantenintegratie: Je registreert nieuwe klanten binnen Adecco 24/7 en informeert het team over deze klanten, om een optimale samenwerking te waarborgen.

Wie ben jij?

Een proactieve en tweetalige (NL / F) professional met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een customer service omgeving.
Sterke kennis van de courante Microsoft Office tools, met nadruk op Excel.
Competenties zoals resultaatgerichtheid, flexibiliteit, teamwork, klantgerichtheid, initiatief, en energie.
Nauwkeurigheid, dossierbeheer, administratief sterk zijn
Bereid om deeltijds te werken, 20 uur / week.
