Als partner van onze business speel je een cruciale rol bij het vastleggen van afspraken en draag je bij aan het succes van 's werelds grootste HR-speler. Bij The Adecco Group werk je in een bruisende omgeving waar de lijnen kort zijn en waar je dagelijks te maken hebt met een breed scala aan (middel)grote en internationale klanten. Jouw juridische expertise ondersteunt de verschillende merken van Adecco Group in België.
Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:- Het beoordelen, adviseren en onderhandelen over nationale en internationale commerciële contracten in samenwerking met collega's uit binnen- en buitenland.
- Maximaliseren van kansen in aanbestedings- en verkooptrajecten in nauwe samenwerking met het sales- en tendersteam.
- Fungeren als sparringpartner voor collega's binnen en buiten het juridische team met betrekking tot commerciële contracten en het implementeren van beleidsmaatregelen.
- Bijdragen aan het beheer van juridische entiteiten, inclusief corporate housekeeping en ondersteuning bij wijzigingen in juridische structuren.
- 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in juridische advisering en het beoordelen en onderhandelen van contracten, bij voorkeur als advocaat of in-house counsel.
- Basiskennis van contractenrecht en vennootschapsrecht, eventuele expertise in andere domeinen zoals intellectueel eigendomsrecht is een pluspunt.
- Leergierigheid en bereidheid om je kennis verder te verdiepen door studie en ervaring.
- Vaardigheid om juridische uitdagingen snel te doorgronden en praktische oplossingen voor te stellen met overtuigingskracht.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Teamspeler, stressbestendig, analytisch en dienstverlenend ingesteld.
