Zum nächstmöglichen Termin suchen wir für unseren Standort Fulda einen IT Support Specialist (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung in Bezug auf die Endbenutzerdienste
- 2nd-Level-Support für die Softwareanwendungen
- Zusammenarbeit und Stakeholder Management mit internen und externen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass der Kunde immer im Mittelpunkt der IT steht
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Lieferantentermine sowie Qualitätsstandards
- Auffinden von Lösungen aus früheren Fällen mithilfe der Wissensdatenbank
- Bearbeitung des Lebenszyklus eines Helpdesk-Vorfalls
- Zugriffsmanagement, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML), zusätzlichen Zugriff und Audit-Aktivitäten (wo zutreffend)
- Eskalationsmanagement im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Sammeln von Informationen über das Problem, um sie gegebenenfalls an L3 weiterzuleiten
- Sicherstellen, dass Vorfälle dokumentiert, aktualisiert und an die Interessengruppen weitergeleitet werden
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung, z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Detail- und Risikoorientierung
- Serviceorientiert, freundlich und proaktiv
- Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Active Directory
- ITIL v3 oder ITIL4 Foundation Zertifizierung
- Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 20% innerhalb Deutschlands
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
